Tonight is the night to wine and brine. This holiday makes me incredibly happy.

2. Writing bi-weekly food knowledge pieces about concious methods and various amazing things going on in the natural food world and their effects on New York City’s culture scene.

Carmelized apples, pears, onions, and butternut squash stuffing.
Celery, apples, and pistachio stuffing.
Thanksgiving menu planning is seriously my favorite activity as of late.
